Play it cool and host with ease
- Set the table the night before. This way, you ensure the serving space is set up, and you have one less thing to worry about on the day.
- Be strategic about your menu; consider the required effort, equipment, space and time.
- Serve a cheese platter. They are easy to make impressive, and the ingredients can be bought way in advance.
- Include dips and chicken nuggets, veggies or chips on your menu. Make the actual dip a day or two in advance and keep it in an airtight container.
