Oven to air fryer

- Lower the temperature
Reduce the oven temperature by 20–25°C when using an air fryer. - Shorten the cooking time
Cut the cooking time by 20–30%. Air fryers cook faster, so check early. - Preheat briefly
Preheat the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to get even cooking from the start. - Cook in a single layer
Avoid stacking food. Space = crispiness. - Turn or shake halfway
This helps food cook evenly and brown nicely on all sides. - Extra crunch
Lightly spray with oil for extra crunch
