Oven to air fryer

We share the essential oven-to-air fryer conversion guide

  1. Lower the temperature
    Reduce the oven temperature by 20–25°C when using an air fryer.
  2. Shorten the cooking time
    Cut the cooking time by 20–30%. Air fryers cook faster, so check early.
  3. Preheat briefly
    Preheat the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to get even cooking from the start.
  4. Cook in a single layer
    Avoid stacking food. Space = crispiness.
  5. Turn or shake halfway
    This helps food cook evenly and brown nicely on all sides.
  6. Extra crunch
    Lightly spray with oil for extra crunch
