Eggs, baked beans, tomato and viennas with toast

A quick and filling breakfast with viennas, saucy beans, tomato and scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato, thick slice
  • 2 Goldi chicken viennas
  • ½ can baked beans

Method:

  1. Toast bread with butter and set aside.
  2. In a pan, gently fry the tomato and Goldi Chicken vienna’s on both sides.
  3. Beat the eggs, season with a pinch of salt, and scramble them in a pan over low to medium heat.
  4. Assemble on a plate and enjoy straight away.
