Polony and cheese French toast

Fluffy egg-dipped bread slices, pan-fried and filled with tasty polony and cheese for a hearty bite.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup (60ml) milk
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 6 Goldi chicken polony slices

Method:

  1. In a flat mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt together.
  2. Dip the bread in the egg mixture on both sides and fry in a pan with cooking oil over medium heat until golden on all sides.
  3. Fill the toasties with cheese and Goldi chicken polony slices and enjoy.
