Pap, eggs, achaar and viennas

A proudly South African plate of pap swerved with scrambled eggs, achaar and sizzling viennas.
Ingredients:
- Maize meal
- Water
- salt, to taste
- 2 eggs
- achaar
- 2 Goldi Chicken viennas
Method:
- In a small pot, cook pap according to package instructions with water and salt.
- When the pap is almost ready, prepare the eggs by beating and scrambling them in a pan with a small amount of cooking oil.
- Fry Goldi Chicken viennas until golden.
- On a plate, serve hot pap with eggs, viennas and achaar.
