Boiled egg and mayo sandwich with polony

A creamy egg mayo sandwich with slices of polony, for an affordable protein-packed lunch.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup (125ml) mayonnaise
- Salt, to taste
- 6 Goldi chicken polony slices
- lettuce
Method:
- In a pot of boiling water, boil eggs for 10-12 minutes. Once cooled, peel and dice into small bite-sized pieces.
- Combine with mayonnaise and salt, and set aside.
- On toasted bread, layer lettuce, Goldi chicken polony slices, and egg mixture, and enjoy.
