Boiled egg and mayo sandwich with polony

A creamy egg mayo sandwich with slices of polony, for an affordable protein-packed lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup (125ml) mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • 6 Goldi chicken polony slices
  • lettuce

Method:

  1. In a pot of boiling water, boil eggs for 10-12 minutes. Once cooled, peel and dice into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine with mayonnaise and salt, and set aside.
  3. On toasted bread, layer lettuce, Goldi chicken polony slices, and egg mixture, and enjoy.
