Curried vienna pasta

An easy pasta dish, tossed in a curried, sweet and tangy sauce with vienna slices, for a family-friendly meal.
Ingredients:
- 500g pasta screws
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) cooking oil
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 6-8 Goldi Chicken vienna, sliced
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) curry powder
- 1 cup (250ml) chutney
- ½ cup (125ml) tomato sauce
- ¼ cup (60ml) water
Method:
- Cook the pasta as per the package instructions, then set it aside to cool.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, onions, red pepper, green pepper and curry powder. Cook until onions are soft.
- Add sliced Goldi Chicken vienna and brown for a few minutes.
- To the pan, add chutney, tomato sauce and water. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss pasta and sauce together. Serve.
